Dear Jesus, I believe you have already given me the power to control my emotional reactions to whatever comes to me. I want to fully activate your power and be grateful to the Holy Spirit that I could direct emotions toward accomplishing the task at hand and not allowing them overwhelm my peace.

Crisis in our lives is at hand. So whenever I want to avoid any kinds of troubles in my life, I need to know that God doesn’t promise happy life to us which is only filled with success and good things. Instead, He encourages me to stand firmly in front of His presence even in the midst of suffering and disaster. So when we realize God who always embraces our heart is at hand, we can have strength to live daily lives.

There are a lot of problems at hand. It makes me constantly anxious. Anxiety keeps me from focusing on the Lord. It prevents me from believing that the Lord is guiding my life and that fact makes me more distrustful of the Lord. It gives me peace to believe that the Lord leads my life as he planned.

I know holy spirit is working at hand to listen to my prayer and help me in my weaknesses. It is such an indescribable feeling that I have my Lord, my Father to lean on to whenever I am let down with my failures.

I’m praying that you will consider this trial as an opportunity for joy. [Part 2]
We can have great joy in the midst of troubles as we consider what our faithful endurance in those trials is accomplishing or generating in the interior of our lives. Something is being developed in us that simply can’t be developed through ease or comfort or increasing Bible knowledge. God intends to use the troubles at hand to develop in us a deeper, stronger, and more mature dependance on him. And that has the power to fill us with joy.

Dear God, although I don't understand Your whole picture, I want to believe without a doubt that You've invited me to become a part of Your plan--the one that will reconnect every living soul with their heavenly Father, You. You've put me where I need to kneel down and pray. I'm grateful for the wonderful opportunity, but at the same time, I'm so busy and tired with my things at hand that I excuse myself from Your invitation to prayer. So I come to You, with my exhausted soul. I can't utter a word, but I come to You. I will wait for Your breath of life. In Jesus' name, amen.
